The first year can feel beautiful… and overwhelming. Tender… and lonely. You don’t have to hold it all by yourself.
HAVEN AT HOME is a small, therapist-led virtual group where you can show up exactly as you are — baby in arms, camera on or off, messy bun and all. Together we’ll process the hard parts, strengthen your sense of self, and build steady ground beneath your motherhood.

root and rise
A gentle, supportive space for new mothers to connect, share, and grow. Explore postpartum challenges, celebrate milestones, and find community—all while your baby is welcome by your side. Root, rise, and navigate this new season together.
For mamas and babies ages 0-6 months old.
This is a four week long group that meets once a week for an hour. Please inquire for current dates, time and location.

Seedlings and Sunshine
A nurturing space for mothers and babies 6 months and up to reflect, connect, and build skills for thriving together in the next season of parenthood.
For mamas and babies ages 6-12 months old.
This is a four week long group that meets once a week for an hour. Please inquire for current dates, time and location.
